In my role as multichannel copy manager at M&S, I devised, briefed and wrote countless fashion, beauty and home editorial pieces for the website. I also oversaw all CRM copy, website content and product descriptions as well as updating and monitoring social channels.
I had the opportunity to work on copy for several big digital projects too, including apps, online virtual makeover tools and in-store ordering screens.
